Having enjoyed a successful career as an architect and lifestyle director for some of the most beautiful boutique hotels around the world, I have also been dedicated to practicing mindfulness since the age of 30. My passion for personal growth led me to study yoga and ballet, while exploring Ayurveda, meditation, and mindfulness. With two decades of experience in these practices and a keen interest in functional medicine, I have nurtured a holistic approach to well-being.
