“Why I choose to become a life coach”

Since the age of 14, I’ve been on a journey of true transformation, living my life as a chain of beautiful experiences across five countries. Yet, I’ve come to understand that life coaching isn’t about personal achievements, success, or even failures. For me, life coaching is a mission deeply rooted in life purpose. By helping others to shift their mindset, I contribute to the realization of their dreams and goals.

For me, life coaching is a mission deeply rooted in life purpose.

My life has been shaped by a unique cross-cultural experience—raised in Milan, schooled in Paris, and spending most of my life in New York City. I’ve also called Rome, London, and San Francisco home. While New York City remains my base, its cosmopolitan melting pot has been instrumental in raising my two daughters. My European roots, however, anchor me in a rich cultural heritage, particularly connected to the cradle of civilization—Greek culture. This connection is why I divide my time between Paros, NYC, and Milan.

Professionally, I’ve spent most of my life as a lifestyle director for interiors, designing beautiful boutique hotels and homes. Although I aspired to be an architect since childhood, my initial education was in Economics, a path I pursued due to my family’s conservative values. Yet, my creative spirit ultimately prevailed, leading me to fulfill my dream of becoming a licensed architect in Paris.

My desire to become a life coach stems from a rejection of the corporate world. I’ve always wanted to be true to myself, resisting the molds imposed by corporate culture. I’ve wanted to bring others along on this journey, blending my creative mind with life coaching, infused with a touch of rebellion.

Throughout my career, while developing boutique hotels worldwide, I’ve practiced yoga, ballet, mindfulness, Ayurveda, and cultivated a deep interest in functional medicine. These practices have provided a strong foundation for my role as a holistic life coach. I approach individual challenges with a broader vision, aiming for well-being that encompasses not only emotional but also physical health.

Becoming a life coach has been a natural evolution—a culmination of my career as an architect, entrepreneur, and lifestyle director, now extending into hospitality consulting. The common thread throughout my journey has been my commitment to empowering others—not by sharing my experiences, but by providing the emotional and psychological tools necessary for transformation. Changing your mind can change your life, and this is the mission I’m on with life coaching.

I’ve transformed my life in many surprising ways, and helping others do the same is more than a goal—it’s a purpose that fills me with joy. While leaders inspire us to dream and possibly make changes, a life coach sets you on a path of transformation, which I believe is the essence of life’s meaning.

There’s a continuous thread in my evolution: from making people feel good in the spaces they inhabit, whether at home or in the hotels I’ve developed, to now helping them find inner peace, self-compassion, and growth. This, ultimately, is what brings true happiness—and today, it’s the real “competitive advantage.”
